The Mobile Makers trailer will arrive 30-45 mins before the start time of your event.
There will be ample staff in attendance depending on the # of confirmed participants.
Trailer parking/party set up areas should be cleared and ready to be transformed upon arrival.
Mobile Makers staff will handle everything as it pertains to the art portion of the party. The host does not have to worry about providing anything during this time.

Art activities run for 60 minutes.
Guests should arrive no more than 5 mins before the actual start time of the party.
Guests should not arrive before the Mobile Makers trailer set up has begun unless they are gathering in another area on the property during set up.

Mobile Makers will be ready to party rain or shine. We will provide a commercial grade tent in the event of light rain showers (+$65). Tent must be confirmed the morning of the event.
The team can pivot and set up indoors/use a garage with ample space.
We cannot guarantee a rain date due to bookings.

For all Sensory parties, adults must stay on premises for the safety of all involved.
For DIY parties, at least one adult must be reachable during the event.

Final headcount and activity confirmations will be requested 7 days prior to the event. You will be charged for the agreed upon # of participants upon confirming your final headcount.

After an hour of crafting, the Mobile Makers staff will clean up and leave (20-30 mins).
Party goers should move to another area for food/additional activities during Art clean up.
Our tables and chairs can be rented for longer use, for an agreed upon rate.

Food and drinks are not permitted in the designated art areas at any time.
Mobile Makers tables are reserved for Art activities only. Please advise guests of this strict policy.

At this time we do not have any specific discounts however, we can make accommodations based on # of participants for large-scale parties.

Whatever your heart desires! We will have smocks for kids & adults for messy play. Or, get messy if you wish. It's up to you.

Mobile Makers supplies wipes and sanitizer during the art event. If you would like your guests to have access to a bathroom, you must provide one.

Mobile Makers requires a $150 non-refundable deposit in order to hold a party date. Non-refundable deposits are just that, non-refundable and cannot be rescinded.

Event balance is due at the time of the party. Tips are not required, but gladly welcomed.

We need at least 110" wide to clear the Mobile Makers trailer through a driveway.
While the trailer is our studio/serves as the hub of creativity, Pop Ups can be set up anywhere:
Front yard, back yard, driveway, public parks, country clubs, school parking lots, restaurant halls, hotel lawns...
