Never hesitate to reach out, no matter the timing! We will coordinate as best we can on timing based on both of our schedules. Events booked within 72 hours of their scheduled time will be charged the full amount upon booking.
Registration for public events can be made the day of the session, pending availability of the class. Please note none of our public events will exceed 12 participants as to keep sessions small and safe.
Once you pay your non-refundable deposit you must cancel at least 72 hours before your event. Cancellations within 72 hours will need to be rescheduled or you will be charge the full amount.
Within 24 hours of agreeing upon an event date, we will email you a deposit link. That deposit is non-refundable.
All public event fees must be paid in advance through our purchasing link. As all payments are non-refundable, you will have the option to use your payment towards a future public or private event.
All of our events take place outdoors. We will come to an agreement together (with you) on how to proceed based on weather forecasts a day in advance. All events will come with an alternate inclement weather date free of charge.
At this time we are not at liberty to provide a tent to protect against inclement weather at public spaces. If you are hosting a private event, tenting can be discussed.
For public toddler and elementary programs, parents must stay on premises for the safety of all involved.
For private events, at least one adult must be present throughout the event to ensure safety and needs of their property.
You will be charged for the agreed upon # of participants upon booking your party. In the case of a "no-show," you will be charged at half price per no show, due to supplies/preparation.
We use various materials for sensory play, we will check with you regarding allergies (wheat, chickpeas etc) before the event as to not use materials that may cause issues. We ask that you obtain a full list of all participants and their family allergies to ensure everyone's safety.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the designated art areas. Feel free to eat, drink & be merry in all spots free of ART!
Our sibling discount is 15% off full price for each sibling -- on all pop ups and classes! We want to make sure the whole family gets to enjoy what Mobile Makers has to offer.
Whatever your heart desires! We will have smocks for kids & adults for messy play. Or, get messy if you wish. It's up to you.
We will have a wash & sanitation station for you to self-sanitize before, during and after the event.
As all of our events are outdoors, we cannot offer use of a bathroom in public spaces. If an event is at a private residence, use of the bathroom is up to the event host.
For public events: To ensure the safety of you, our guests and our staff, we adhere to all local and state guidelines. All surfaces and supplies are sanitized prior to our events. Our staff will be wearing a mask, covering their nose and mouth throughout the full time of the event and we ask that you do the same.
For private events: Our staff will follow the same as above. Families and pods will be allowed to participate without a mask based on their own preferences.
