Never hesitate to reach out, no matter the timing! We will coordinate as best we can on timing based on both of our schedules. Events booked within 72 hours of their scheduled time will be charged the full amount upon booking.
Non-refundable deposits are non-refundable.
Complete even cancellations must be cancelled within 72 hours of the start of the event or else you will be charged the full amount based on the # of participants confirmed.
Within 24 hours of agreeing upon an event date, we will email you a deposit link. That deposit is non-refundable.
If your child received a positive Covid test, you will have the option to use your payment towards a future public or private event.
All of our events take place outdoors. We will come to an agreement together (with you) on how to proceed based on weather forecast a day in advance. We cannot always guarantee a rain date due to multiple bookings. We will try our hardest to accommodate.
We have invested in a commercial grade tent for slight inclement weather. Tenting can be arranged for an extra charge the morning of your event. If test is requested, you will be charged..
For public toddler and elementary programs, parents must stay on premises for the safety of all involved.
For private events, at least one adult must be present throughout the event to ensure safety and needs of their property.
You will be charged for the agreed upon # of participants upon confirming your final headcount 7 days prior to your event. Drop-in participants arrive? Don't worry, we always bring a few extra supplies for last minute additions.
We use various materials for sensory play, we will check with you regarding allergies (wheat, chickpeas etc) before the event as to not use materials that may cause issues. We ask that you obtain a full list of all participants and their family allergies to ensure everyone's safety.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the designated art areas at any time, under any circumstances at our tables.
Mobile Makers tables are reserved for Art only. Feel free to eat, drink & be merry in all spots free of art.
At this time we do not have a sibling discount. We can make accommodations based on # of participants for large-scale parties.
Whatever your heart desires! We will have smocks for kids & adults for messy play. Or, get messy if you wish. It's up to you.
We will have a light wash & sanitation station for you to self-sanitize before, during and after the event. We will not have a complete washing station. You must have access to a useable water source if you want guests to be able to completely wash up after completing their art.
As all of our events are outdoors, we cannot offer use of a bathroom in public spaces. If an event is at a private residence, use of the bathroom is up to the event host.
To ensure the safety of you, our guests and our staff, we adhere to all CDC guidelines. All Mobile Makers staff members are fully vaccinated.
Mask policies will vary depending on the rate of transmission during the season and the comfortability of our staff.
All events take place outside.
